Ok, I know these two items don't exactly go together, but after trying them out in MANY different locations I am going to declare the winners.

I've tried BBQ ribs in Kansas City, Memphis, North Carolina and Texas.  Each has its own unique characteristics but the hands-down winner is Central BBQ in Memphis TN.

And I can't imagine how many Italian restaurants I've been to but believe it or not the best tiramisu I've had is available just a few miles from my home, at the Meadowview Marriott Conference & Resort in Kingsport TN.

Of course everyone has different tastes, so if you don't agree that's fine.  But if you get a chance, at least try out these two recommendations.  They are so far above their competitors.
