Take a Nap! |

I just finished another book on the brain/cognition/learning. One of the research findings they references indicated that a 26 minute nap in the afternoon lead to an average 34% gain in performance. Guess I've been on the right track when home, as I often do this. Not only do I feel better that evening, but I can "work" later that night.
