I'm headed to a talk tonight by someone who really understands leadership.  It's been really frustrating watching how Obama fulfills the role partially, but then doesn't follow through.  I think he's truly afraid, at a personal level, of conflict.

In effect he proposes ideas, but it appears only to help shape image.  He typically doesn't actually do what he said, as it would require standing up for what is right.

Then there's the prostitution issue ... how he proposed to give the unions a special deal in the health care bill.  How can that be leadership?
