Sometime back I posted a link to a good presentation on root cause analysis that focused (if my memory is correct) on it's application in an IT service environment. Here's a link to another set of slides which I believe give a good summary. Granted I'm biased, since he's used one of my articles as a key reference. But the more we can help others in their journeys the more we improve the world. |
